This is a new one for me, made for the first time this year shortly after discovering a very tasty cherry bakewell cocktail while out in Birmingham for our office Christmas party.  I enjoyed the posh-bar version so much I decided to have a go at recreating it myself.  My version does taste very, very similar though I suspect my ingredients were somewhat cheaper than the originals. The cherry liqueur and Amaretto were only £5-6/bottle each from Aldi and the raspberry and cranberry juice is about 70p/litre in Lidl.

Makes one

Ingredients:

1 shot (25ml) Cherry Liqueur
2 shots (50ml) Amaretto
Approx. 75ml Raspberry and Cranberry Juice
Ice (optional)

Method:

1. Mix
